Please find below a wish list for the Odiyana School and Ati Janchub Choeling Monastery. We have both one time expenses and fixed monthly expenses listed below. Your consideration and generosity goes a long way and is much appreciated.
For Odiyana Children’s school
One time expenses
1. Student Desk: $30 USD
Students will be relocated next month into our newly constructed quarters. An immediate need is to provide each one with a good-sized desk for reading, writing, and keeping their personal study materials. We expect 30 students next year, we will need 30 desks, at $30 each, totaling $900.

2. Request for Desktop Computers for Students and Office Use
At present, our students do not have access to any personal electronic devices—and this is likely to remain the case for the foreseeable future. While this helps minimize distractions, having communal desktop computers available has become increasingly important for both learning and administrative work.
Access to computers would greatly support the students learning basic computer literacy and typing in both Tibetan and English. In addition, it would enhance viewing educational materials, presentations, and other online learning resources.
After consulting with our current teachers, we agreed that providing a few shared desktop computers would be very beneficial for the students’ education. We plan to purchase six desktop computers – five for student use and one for the office to organize daily administrative tasks and coordination.
A reliable desktop computer in India costs approximately $500 USD, making the total cost $2,500 USD for the five units.
Any donation—whether to sponsor a single computer or contribute towards the total is deeply appreciated. Your support will make a meaningful difference in helping our students gain essential computer skills and access valuable learning resources.
Thank you very much.
